Housemaid Service Agreement – Terms and Conditions
- The rates and salaries mentioned here may not comply with Nepali labor laws. Therefore, salary, allowances, and incentives will be determined by the First Party.
- The First Party is responsible for providing breakfast and lunch to regular housekeepers and cleaners at appropriate times.
- Maid services are provided on an hourly basis, with a standard schedule of six working days per week and one day off.
- Working hours range from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day, within the time frame of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM in summer and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM in winter.
- A booking fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid by the First Party. This fee is non-refundable.
- The service charge is also non-refundable but will be held and can be used for future services.
Housemaid Service Agreement with Terms and Conditions:
First Party: Customer
Second Party: Carpet Cleaning Service in Kathmandu
- The second party shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft occurring at the first party’s premises.
- If a worker leaves the job due to poor behavior or abuse from the First Party, the Second Party is not obligated to provide a replacement.
- The First Party must pay the maid’s salary directly to her at the end of each month.
- The First Party must pay Rs. 2,000 to reserve a maid. This amount is non-refundable and remains valid for up to 2 months from the booking date.
- After 2 months from the booking date, if the First Party requests a replacement or a new maid, a new booking with service charges will be required.
- The Second Party disclaims any responsibility for future legal outcomes.
- The First Party is responsible for collecting the maid’s original documents, including citizenship, family contact details, and relative information, if necessary, for safety and reliability.
- After a one-week trial period, the First Party must inform the company of their decision.
- If satisfied, the service may continue.
- If not satisfied, the First Party must pay the maid for the days worked, after which a replacement will be provided.
- A maximum of two replacements will be provided within one month if the First Party is not satisfied with the maids provided.
Terms and Conditions for Rs. 12,000 Booking (1-Year Validity)
- The booking charge of Rs. 12,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The client must pay Rs. 12,000 as a booking fee. This booking remains valid for 12 months (1 year). After the completion of the 1-year period, the client must pay Rs. 12,000 again to renew the booking.
- The company provides insurance coverage for the maid assigned to the client’s household.
- If the maid leaves the job within the 1-year period, the company will provide up to 5 replacements within the 12 months.
- The company will provide a T-shirt and an ID card as part of the maid’s uniform.
- If the maid needs to take leave, the company will arrange a temporary replacement for up to 2 days per month. The Second Party must inform the company at least 1 day in advance.
- The company is not responsible for any future legal consequences but will assist in any investigations if required.
