The Company acts solely as an agency that sources, verifies, and assigns professional drivers; it does not undertake daily supervision of drivers once they are deployed with the Client.
2. Service Overview

6. Client Responsibilities

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the driver supply arrangement by providing 7 days’ prior written notice. Immediate termination without notice may be effected in cases of:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered unless mutually agreed in writing.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
